I’ve always been the type of person that if something of importance needs repaired or sold, I look to a professional. So, recently when I had an issue with my car, I took it to a professional mechanic. Likewise, when I’ve sold my properties over the years, I hired a realtor. 

Now, I know some will gripe at the commissions we pay realtors. However, keep in mind they are selling one of your largest investments. Personally, I would have no idea the true value of my property, but a realtor does. Your realtor has invested a lot of time, money and countless hours of studying; they are a professional. 

I know from past experience, my realtor has negotiated the best price for my properties and left no money on the table. Having said that, I can assure you that hiring a “Certified Professional Stager” is equally important.

Anyone, can set up a business, hang a shingle and buy a few accessories and call themselves a stager, but its not that simple. Our job is to assist your agent and maximize the sale price of your property.

There is reasoning behind everything your stager will recommend on the consultation report.

· Having the property painted

· Repairing or replacing floors

· New counter tops

· Organizing closets, bookcases, cabinets etc.

· Removal of personal photos, trophies, vacation momentos

· Having some or all of your furniture removed and replaced with rental furniture
